Microsoft Phone System license is now available with any SKUs. Including Business Basic.

Previously Phone System license was only available with Microsoft Enterprise SKUs.

This means that when implementing Simptel there is no longer a need to add (Microsoft’s catchily named) ‘Business Voice without Calling Plan’. This lowers the barrier of entry for small business, as the cost is greatly reduced.

Microsoft are also offering a 25-user free trial of Phone System. Using the’ 30-day free trial provides a great opportunity to experience calling in Teams by using your existing phone service.
